  1. Yo did you hit a Qbico vein or did you collect them over time? How does the Kawabata sound? I am big time into Mainliner. Is Lorenz from Wasteland Jazz Unit? Right?

  2. Most of those Qbico albums are from that box set I got recently. Thus far, the standout was the Hartmut Geerken & Michael Ranta LP. Qbico put out a 5-LP box of Geerken/Ranta several years ago. Still trying to track down a copy. There are two Kawabata LPs in the box. I'd say that Mura is the more interesting of the two, though I wouldn't classify either as essential. Lorenz is from Wasteland Jazz Unit.

    You hitting any of the Sonic Circuits shows? The group with Thomas Lehn looks cool. Jack Wright will also be there. Josh Millrod from Grasshopper is also playing--that could be cool.

  3. Definitely considering going to Sonic Circuits -- Konk Pac is the draw. That Qbico was a find.
