Lately Listening

1. Noah Howard, Live at the Swing Club (seriE.WOC LP): Glad that this ultra-rare record received an estate-sanctioned reissue. Great music. My copy has some whooshing at the start of side 1. Still glad to have this.
2. Ballister, Both Ends (Bocian LP): Kicking ass.
3. Francois Tusques, La Reine des Vampires (Cacophonic LP): Archival soundtrack music. First release.
4. Bill Dixon, Intents and Purposes (RCA Victor LP): Phenomenal album. Scored this for $10 in Fort Lauderdale years ago.
5. Tashi Dorji, Tashi Dorji (Headway CS): Guitar jamage from Asheville. Reminiscent of Bailey and Orcutt. Check it out.
6. Woods, With Light and With Love (Woodsist LP): Every summer brings a new Woods album. Not as excited about this one, but it has its moments.
7. Brigitte Fontaine, Est...Folle (Superior Viaduct LP): Reissue.
8. Jason Lescalleet, Much to My Demise (Kye LP): Sounds like shit hitting the slow-moving fan that is life. I like it.
9. Bill Orcutt, Solo Acoustic Volume Ten (Vin du Select Qaulitite LP): These days, I prefer the shaved version to Harry Pussy. This is a  great record.
10. Inez Lightfoot/Je Suis le Petit Chevalier, Split (Stunned CS): The mushrooms are wearing off. A walk in the woods.
11. Zaimph & Yek Koo, L'Interiur de la Vue (Obsolete Units CS): Zoned.
12. Twistycat, Solar Plexus (Obsolete Units CS): Baritone sax and bass clarinet. Plus electronics.
13. Bogan Ghost, Zerfall (Relative Pitch CD): Droner.
14. Bill Orcutt & Chris Corsano, Live at Various (Palilalia CS): Wish I could have witnessed some of this tour in person.
