Maiden Voyage: The Music of Herbie Hancock, Twins Jazz, Nove. 15, 2013

A local group was performing Herbie Hancock's "Maiden Voyage" album, as well as other Herbie Hancock songs. I've never heard that music performed live, and I thought it would be fun to hear a Blue Note type performance. The musicians, all quite skilled, were faithful to the music but not slavishly so.  Jeff Antoniuk (ts), Allyn Johnson (p), Kenny Rittenhouse (tp), Mike Pope (b), Todd Harrison (d).
