There's been changes in the old listening room, which has seen some fall-out since the Audio Show. I've cleared some furniture and opened up the space The changes are not quite complete, so I won't go into them yet, but I'll drop a teaser photo in here. I'm sure Bill will have the speakers nailed in very little time. One thing I will mention is that my TT is now sporting an Audio Note IQ-1 cartridge; a bit expensive but worth every penny. Just a tremendous improvement in sound quality and tracking quality. With the amount of vinyl I listen to, it was the best upgrade I made. One other odd thing: I'm getting back into the Blue Note genre. Couldn't listen to any of that for quite long while, but now I find myself enjoying it once again. Must be a need for comfort food, and maybe some diversity. Going up to Vision Fest, might we see you there?

I talked to Phil and he said he has been getting complaints from other customers about damaged discs (they come loose from the little spongey sprockets holding them to something that looks like the insert to an LP). Phil wrote to No Business and copied me on the email. Anyway, No Business is supposedly sending me a replacement CD. What I could get of the music did sound hot. Try to buy this at VF or somewhere else you can see it personally. It does not ship well.
